California Senate Bill 1204
California Senate Bill 1204 was an effort to expand the definition of pandering to include harm reduction services for sex workers. Opponents of SB1204 quickly rallied a defense of letter writing, calls, protests and yes, faxing. With Tribunus, over 1,500 faxes sent to Sacramento, this bill was shot down in committee.
